Strawberry Cheesecake Cups

For the Crust
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 3 tbsp melted butter
For the Filling
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
For Topping
- 1 cup strawberries chopped
Mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter together.
Press the cracker mixture into the bottom of your serving cups to form the crust.
Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until the mixture is smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Layer the cream cheese filling over the crust in the cups.
Top the filling with the chopped strawberries.
Chill the cups for 2 hours before serving.
Serve these in clear glass cups to show the layered aesthetic.
