Strawberry Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

For the Filling

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream

For Topping

  • 1 cup strawberries chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter together.
  • Press the cracker mixture into the bottom of your serving cups to form the crust.
  • Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until the mixture is smooth.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Layer the cream cheese filling over the crust in the cups.
  • Top the filling with the chopped strawberries.
  • Chill the cups for 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve these in clear glass cups to show the layered aesthetic.
