Ingredients
  

  • Popped popcorn Use as much as you have, or reuse leftovers
  • 250 g White chocolate chips
  • 15 ml Neutral oil Optional, for smoothing
  • 120 g Lucky Charms marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl.
  • Melt the white chocolate gently using 15 to 20 second bursts in the microwave, stirring between each burst.
  • Add the oil if you need the chocolate to flow smoother.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn and toss lightly until it is coated.
  • Sprinkle the marshmallows over the popcorn and press slightly so they stick to the chocolate.
  • Let the popcorn set for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
