Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups cooked white beans (cannellini or navy), drained
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • optional Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add white beans, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice to a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  • Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl.
  • Garnish with herbs if you want to.
  • Serve with toasted baguette slices.
