Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 200 g Greek yogurt or oatmeal

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced apples, honey, and cinnamon to the pan.
  • Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are soft and warm.
  • Serve the warm apple mixture over your yogurt or oatmeal.
