Viral Cottage Cheese Flatbread
This recipe makes a high-protein, low-carb flatbread using cottage cheese. It is a popular, easy-to-make alternative to traditional bread that works well for wraps or sandwiches.

- 200 g Cottage cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 60 g All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Salt To taste
Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt together until the mixture is completely smooth.
Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the batter thinly to form the flatbread shape.
Bake the flatbread at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
Remove from the oven. Slice the flatbread and use it as a base for wraps or sandwiches.
When I first tested this flatbread, I honestly did not expect much — but the texture surprised me in the best way. Seeing a trending recipe actually work in a real kitchen was so satisfying.
