I created this box during a week packed with shoots when I needed something light but satisfying. The crisp vegetables and smooth hummus were the perfect break — nourishing and visually refreshing.

Instructions
Slice the cucumber and cut the pita bread into triangles.
Divide the hummus, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and pita triangles between four containers. Refrigerate up to 5 days.
