Vegetarian Sushi Balls

These bite-sized Vegetarian Sushi Balls offer the flavor of sushi in an easy, roll-free format. Making these with my kids turned lunch prep into a game—rolling, pressing, and tasting together. They are great for families, lunchbox planners, and anyone wanting sushi flavors without rolling.
