  • 200 g cream cheese, softened
  • 200 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 280 g Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 120 g baking mix
  • 2 g black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the ground turkey and cream cheese in a bowl until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, drained Rotel, baking mix, and black pepper to the bowl.
  • Stir all ingredients until they are fully combined.
  • Shape the mixture into bite-size balls.
  • Bake the balls for 22 to 25 minutes, or until they are fully cooked.
  • Let the balls rest briefly before you serve them.
