Turkey Bacon Breakfast Burrito

This recipe makes a hearty, practical, and filling breakfast burrito. Turkey bacon keeps the burrito flavorful while staying lighter than traditional bacon. This recipe yields one serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 4 eggs scrambled soft and fluffy
  • 4 strips turkey bacon cooked crispy and chopped
  • 1/2 cup hash browns cooked
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Cook the turkey bacon until crisp and chop it into pieces.
  • Prepare the scrambled eggs to be soft and fluffy.
  • Warm the tortillas slightly.
  • Layer the hash browns, eggs, turkey bacon, and cheese evenly in the center of each tortilla.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it tightly.
  • Toast the burrito seam-side down in a skillet for 2 minutes on each side until golden. The outside should be crispy with a creamy filling.

Notes

Slice the finished burrito in half and serve it with hot sauce.
