Turkey Bacon Breakfast Burrito
This recipe makes a hearty, practical, and filling breakfast burrito. Turkey bacon keeps the burrito flavorful while staying lighter than traditional bacon. This recipe yields one serving.

- 2 large tortillas
- 4 eggs scrambled soft and fluffy
- 4 strips turkey bacon cooked crispy and chopped
- 1/2 cup hash browns cooked
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tbsp butter
Cook the turkey bacon until crisp and chop it into pieces.
Prepare the scrambled eggs to be soft and fluffy.
Warm the tortillas slightly.
Layer the hash browns, eggs, turkey bacon, and cheese evenly in the center of each tortilla.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it tightly.
Toast the burrito seam-side down in a skillet for 2 minutes on each side until golden. The outside should be crispy with a creamy filling.
Slice the finished burrito in half and serve it with hot sauce.
