- 2 eggs
- 1 cup roasted potatoes
- 1 cup sautéed mushrooms
- 1 grilled tomato

Heat the roasted potatoes and sautéed mushrooms in a skillet until warmed through.
Grill the tomato until it has light char marks.
Prepare the toast.
Arrange the eggs, potatoes, mushrooms, grilled tomato, and toast on a plate. Serve all components hot together.
