Instructions
 

  • Preheat & Prep Preheat the oven to 350°F 175°C Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it
  • Mix Wet Ingredients In a large bowl whisk together the melted butter peanut butter brown sugar and white sugar until smooth Add eggs and vanilla extract then mix until fully combined
  • Combine Dry Ingredients In a separate bowl whisk the flour baking soda and salt
  • Mix the Batter Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture Stir until just combined If using add ins like chocolate chips or peanuts gently fold them in
  • Bake Spread the dough evenly in the prepared pan Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs
  • Cool & Slice Let the bars cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack Once completely cool slice into squares and enjoy
