Sweet Chili Dragon Chicken

The sweet chili glaze brings just enough heat to make this dish exciting without overpowering it.

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp oil

For the Sauce

  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Toss the sliced chicken with cornstarch in a bowl until coated.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Pan-fry the chicken until it is golden brown and cooked through.
  • While the chicken cooks, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  • Pour the sauce mixture into the pan with the chicken. Toss everything together until the chicken is fully coated and the sauce becomes sticky.
  • Serve the Sweet Chili Dragon Chicken hot, perhaps with steamed rice.
