Sweet Chili Dragon Chicken

For the Chicken
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp oil
For the Sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Toss the sliced chicken with cornstarch in a bowl until coated.
Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Pan-fry the chicken until it is golden brown and cooked through.
While the chicken cooks, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
Pour the sauce mixture into the pan with the chicken. Toss everything together until the chicken is fully coated and the sauce becomes sticky.
Serve the Sweet Chili Dragon Chicken hot, perhaps with steamed rice.
