Ingredients
  

Pancake Batter Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Flour
  • 1.25 cups Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted

Toppings

  • 1 cup Fresh berries Mixed
  • As needed Powdered sugar For dusting
  • Optional Whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour, baking powder, milk, egg, and melted butter in a bowl to prepare the pancake batter.
  • Heat your griddle or pan over medium heat. Pour batter onto the hot surface to form pancakes.
  • Cook the pancakes until they are fluffy and golden brown on both sides.
  • Stack the cooked pancakes, placing fresh berries between each layer.
  • Dust the stack generously with powdered sugar.
  • Add whipped cream on top if you choose, and serve immediately.

Notes

This recipe is simple to scale up if you are hosting a larger brunch buffet. For a healthier option, use whole wheat flour.
