Ingredients
  

For the Cakes

  • 1 box white cake mix or your preferred flavor

For the Vanilla Glaze

  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk adjust as needed
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • gel food coloring for a pastel tint

For the Filling and Decoration

  • Easter candy mix Mini Robin's Eggs recommended

Instructions
 

  • Butter and flour a mini bundt cake pan. Preheat your oven as per the cake mix instructions.
  • Prepare the cake batter according to the package instructions and pour it into the prepared mini bundt pan.
  • Bake as directed on the cake mix box. Once baked, let the cakes cool slightly before removing them from the pan.
  • Slice a small portion off the bottom of each cake so they stand upright.
  • In a bowl, whisk together confectioners sugar, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth. Divide into separate bowls and tint each with pastel food coloring.
  • Fill the center of each bundt cake with a generous amount of Easter candy.
  • Drizzle the colored glaze over the cakes, ensuring the candy inside remains covered but still peeking through.
  • Decorate with more candy on top and serve for a delightful Easter surprise!
