Ingredients
  

  • 120 g sun-dried tomatoes (in oil), drained and chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 10 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 5 g dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop sun-dried tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
  • Add the minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and oregano to the bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients until they are well combined.
  • Let the dip stand for 10 minutes before you serve it.
  • Serve the dip with crusty bread or crostini.
