Summer Dinner Easy Recipes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the chicken breasts in the skillet until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté it briefly.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and cream. Simmer the mixture until it thickens slightly.
  • Stir in the parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and coat it completely in the sauce.

Notes

Serve this dish with pasta or your choice of vegetables. Garnish with extra parmesan cheese before serving.
