Summer Corn Pasta Meal Prep

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Meal-prep containers

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Cooked pasta
  • 1 cup Corn fresh, canned or grilled
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Basil

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cooked pasta and vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  • Mix all ingredients well. Store the mixture in your meal-prep containers.
  • Add fresh basil just before you serve the pasta.

Notes

This recipe is designed for easy preparation ahead of time. Store the basil separately until serving to keep its flavor fresh.
