Summer Chicken Wrap Meal Prep

Ingredients
  

Wrap Components

  • 2 Tortillas
  • 1 cup Grilled chicken
  • 1/2 cup Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Shredded carrots

Sauce

  • To taste Yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic Mix to create sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic to make the sauce.
  • Spread the prepared sauce evenly over each tortilla.
  • Layer the grilled chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded carrots onto the sauced tortillas.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly.
  • Slice the wraps in half.
  • Wrap each portion in parchment paper for storage.
