Summer Chicken Wrap Lunch

Ingredients
  

For the Wrap

  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 lettuce as needed
  • 1 tomato sliced

For the Sauce

  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt or preferred amount
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Mix the yogurt and lemon juice together in a small bowl to create the sauce.
  • Lay out the tortillas. Spread the yogurt sauce evenly over the surface of each tortilla.
  • Layer the chicken, sliced avocado, lettuce, and tomato down the center of each tortilla.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly around the fillings.
  • Slice the wraps in half. Wrap each half in parchment paper for serving.

Notes

This recipe is simple to adapt. You can add other vegetables or use a different protein source if you prefer.
