Summer Chicken Wrap Ideas

This recipe provides a quick and fresh way to assemble a chicken wrap suitable for summer meals. The wraps are easy to customize for your needs.

Ingredients
  

Wrap Components

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 cup grilled chicken sliced
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl until the sauce is smooth.
  • Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread half of the sauce evenly over the surface of the tortilla.
  • Layer half of the sliced chicken, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and carrots over the sauce.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
  • Repeat the process with the second tortilla.
  • Slice each wrap in half.

Notes

Wrap the finished wraps in parchment paper for a clean presentation. Serve immediately with a side salad or fresh fruit.
