Summer Chicken Wrap Ideas

Wrap Components
- 2 large tortillas
- 1 cup grilled chicken sliced
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 1/2 cup lettuce
- 1/2 cup tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt
Mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl until the sauce is smooth.
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread half of the sauce evenly over the surface of the tortilla.
Layer half of the sliced chicken, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and carrots over the sauce.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
Repeat the process with the second tortilla.
Slice each wrap in half.
Wrap the finished wraps in parchment paper for a clean presentation. Serve immediately with a side salad or fresh fruit.
