Summer Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
  

For the Wrap

  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 cup grilled chicken
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 tomato

For the Sauce

  • 1 yogurt
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions
 

  • Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic to create the sauce.
  • Spread the sauce evenly over the two tortillas.
  • Layer the grilled chicken, sliced avocado, lettuce, and tomato on top of the sauce on each tortilla.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly.
  • Slice each wrap in half.
  • Wrap the halves in parchment paper and serve with a side salad.
