For the Wrap

tortillas

grilled chicken
1/2
avocado
1
lettuce
1
tomato
For the Sauce
1
yogurt
1
lemon juice
1
garlic clove
Instructions
Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic to create the sauce.
Spread the sauce evenly over the two tortillas.
Layer the grilled chicken, sliced avocado, lettuce, and tomato on top of the sauce on each tortilla.
Roll each tortilla tightly.
Slice each wrap in half.
Wrap the halves in parchment paper and serve with a side salad.
