Summer Chicken Rice Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup grilled chicken sliced
  • 1/1 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

For Garnish

  • sesame seeds for contrast
  • green onions for contrast

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice until it is fluffy and warm.
  • Grill or pan-cook the chicken, then slice it.
  • Assemble the bowl starting with the rice, then add the chicken, cucumber, and carrots.
  • Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the ingredients.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top for visual contrast.
