Ingredients
  

For the Bowl

  • 1 cup grilled chicken sliced
  • 1 cup rice cooked
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes

For the Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice and keep it warm.
  • Grill or pan-cook the chicken, then slice it.
  • Assemble the bowl by placing the rice, black beans, corn, sliced chicken, avocado, and tomatoes in sections.
  • Mix the Greek yogurt, lime juice, and taco seasoning together to create the sauce.
  • Drizzle the sauce over the assembled bowl.
  • Garnish with cilantro and a lime wedge before serving.
