Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

For the Sauce

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Mix the tomato sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and smoked paprika in a small saucepan. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts.
  • Grill or pan-cook the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes on each side. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
  • Brush the chicken with the prepared sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking to create a glaze.
  • Slice the chicken and serve it with grilled corn and a fresh salad. Brush any extra sauce over the finished plate for a glossy look.
