For the Chicken

For the Sauce

cup
tomato sauce

honey

tbsp
apple cider vinegar

mustard

smoked paprika
Instructions
Mix the tomato sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and smoked paprika in a small saucepan. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts.
Grill or pan-cook the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes on each side. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
Brush the chicken with the prepared sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking to create a glaze.
Slice the chicken and serve it with grilled corn and a fresh salad. Brush any extra sauce over the finished plate for a glossy look.
