Strawberry Party Cake

This is the kind of cake I love adapting for birthdays and casual celebrations—easy to slice, colorful on the table, and guaranteed to make people smile when it’s served.

  • Cake layers (2, vanilla)

Ingredients
  

Cake Components

  • 2 cake layers vanilla

Frosting and Decoration

  • 1 Strawberry buttercream
  • 1 Fresh strawberries for decoration
  • 1 Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread a layer of strawberry buttercream over the top.
  • Stack the second cake layer on top of the frosting.
  • Cover the entire cake, top and sides, completely with the remaining strawberry frosting.
  • Decorate the top of the cake with fresh strawberries and sprinkles.

Notes

This recipe assumes you have pre-baked vanilla cake layers ready to assemble. For best results, ensure your buttercream is at a workable temperature before frosting.
