Strawberry Cream Cheese Cake

For the Cream Cheese Topping
- 225 g cream cheese
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 120 g powdered sugar
For Decoration
- 200 g sliced strawberries
Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled vanilla cake base.
Decorate the top of the cake with the sliced strawberries.
Refrigerate the cake for 2 hours before serving.
This dessert is best served chilled. The smooth texture comes from letting the cream cheese mixture set properly in the refrigerator.
