Wrap the styrofoam cone with tin foil or cover it with parchment paper using toothpicks.
Starting at the bottom of the cone and moving upward, insert toothpicks about an inch apart on all sides. Ensure there is enough space on each toothpick to hold a strawberry.
Push strawberries onto each toothpick with the stem facing the cone. Adjust spacing as needed.
Insert mint leaves between the strawberries for decoration.
Sift powdered sugar over the assembled tree before displaying.
