Strawberry Christmas Tree

Equipment

  • styrofoam cone (12" x 4 1/2")
  • tin foil or parchment paper
  • toothpicks

Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs fresh strawberries
  • fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Wrap the styrofoam cone with tin foil or cover it with parchment paper using toothpicks.
  • Starting at the bottom of the cone and moving upward, insert toothpicks about an inch apart on all sides. Ensure there is enough space on each toothpick to hold a strawberry.
  • Push strawberries onto each toothpick with the stem facing the cone. Adjust spacing as needed.
  • Insert mint leaves between the strawberries for decoration.
  • Sift powdered sugar over the assembled tree before displaying.

Notes

This dessert is best served fresh. You can adjust the size of the cone and strawberries based on your needs.
