  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Topping

  • 1 serving Fresh strawberry slices for topping
  • 1 serving Extra graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the diced fresh strawberries, reserving a few for topping.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  • Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the oat mixture in the jar.
  • Add dollops of the cream cheese mixture on top of the oats, then use a knife or skewer to gently swirl it through the oats, creating a marbled effect.
  • Cover the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight (8-12 hours is ideal).
  • In the morning, give the oats a gentle stir if desired, or enjoy the layered presentation.
  • Top with fresh strawberry slices and additional graham cracker crumbs before serving.
