Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl provides a high-protein start to your day. It features a thick, creamy texture from the banana and strawberries, making it a satisfying breakfast or post-workout option.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana frozen is best for thickness
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 150 ml almond milk use less for a thicker bowl

Instructions
 

  • Place the banana, strawberries, vanilla protein powder, and almond milk into your blender.
  • Blend all ingredients until the mixture is very thick and smooth. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides.
  • Pour the thick smoothie into a bowl.
  • Add your desired toppings, such as extra fruit or granola, before serving.

Notes
