- 4 large flour tortillas
- 200 g shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken or beans optional
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 6 black olives for spiders
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
1. Place one tortilla in a skillet and sprinkle with cheese and optional fillings.
2. Top with another tortilla and cook until golden on one side.
3. Flip carefully and cook the other side until crispy and cheese melts.
4. Slice into wedges and transfer to a plate.
5. Spoon sour cream into a piping bag and draw a spider web on top.
6. Cut olives to create a spider (body + legs) and place in the center.
7. Garnish with cilantro and serve with salsa or guacamole.
