Soft & Moist Banana Bread

This is the kind of banana bread that feels comforting from the first bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, and egg together.
  • Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently.
  • Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a tester comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool completely before you slice it.
