Slow Cooker Pepper Soup

Ingredients
  

Soup Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef or turkey Browned and drained
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow) diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 800 g canned diced tomatoes
  • 750 ml beef or chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground meat in a skillet and drain any excess fat.
  • Add the cooked meat to the slow cooker.
  • Add the diced onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
  • Pour in the diced tomatoes and broth.
  • Season the mixture with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
