Slow Cooker Cranberry BBQ Meatballs

Ingredients
  

Meatballs

  • 32 oz frozen appetizer-size meatballs, thawed about 60-65 meatballs

Sauce

  • 17 oz BBQ sauce your favorite brand
  • 14 oz jellied cranberry sauce or homemade equivalent

Garnish

  • fresh parsley, minced optional
  • black pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce and cranberry sauce. Set aside.
  • Add thawed meatballs to the slow cooker. Pour sauce over the meatballs and stir to coat.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours.
  • For a thicker glaze, remove the lid during the last 30-60 minutes of cooking.
  • Garnish with parsley and black pepper if desired.

Notes

For best results, stir meatballs gently halfway through cooking. These can be kept warm in the slow cooker for serving.
