Simple Mediterranean Lunch Salad

Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 2 cups Romaine or mixed greens, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cucumber, sliced
  • 80 g Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 50 g Black olives

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • To taste Dried oregano, salt, and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add the greens to your salad bowl.
  • Top the greens with the tomatoes, cucumber, feta, and olives.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients.
  • Toss the salad gently and serve it fresh.
