Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp feta cheese

  • Add tomatoes and olives; cook briefly.
  • Crack eggs into pan and cook gently.
  • Sprinkle feta on top before serving.
  • Serve warm with bread.
