Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (oregano or parsley)

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet.
  • Add tomatoes and cook briefly.
  • Crack eggs into the pan and cook to your preference.
  • Sprinkle feta and herbs on top.
  • Serve warm.
