Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey or beef
  • 1 cup baking mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup Rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Form small balls and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Cool slightly before serving.
