- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp thyme fresh or dried
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss the onion slices with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Roast for 30 to 35 minutes, turning the onions once during cooking.
