Roasted Onions with Thyme

Ingredients
  

  • 4 onions thickly sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp thyme fresh or dried
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Toss the onion slices with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the seasoned onions on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast for 30 to 35 minutes, turning the onions once during cooking.
  • Serve when the onions are caramelized and tender.
