Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole head Garlic
  • 1 cup Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Roast garlic at 400°F (200°C) for 35 to 40 minutes until soft.
  • Squeeze the roasted garlic into a bowl.
  • Add the cream cheese and sour cream to the bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
  • Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the dip with toasted baguette slices.

Notes

This dip tastes best when served slightly warm or at room temperature. You can substitute the sour cream with plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
