Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 140 g butter
  • 170 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 220 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 140 g sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Beat the butter and sugar until the mixture is very creamy.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla to the mixture.
  • Stir in the mashed bananas and sour cream.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into a loaf pan.
  • Bake at 175°C for 60 minutes to achieve a rich, dense texture.
