1/2cupheavy cream

Instructions
Pat the chicken dry to ensure a proper sear. Season the chicken evenly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 75°C (167°F). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside to rest.
Lower the heat. Sauté the minced garlic in the skillet for 30 seconds.
Add the chicken broth to the skillet and let it reduce for 2 minutes.
Add the heavy cream and grated parmesan. Whisk until the sauce is smooth and reaches a nappe consistency (thick enough to coat the back of a spoon).
Return the chicken to the skillet. Coat the chicken well with the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
Slice the chicken. Spoon the glossy sauce over the slices and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
