Ingredients
  

Oats Base

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Toppings

  • chopped pecans
  • granola
  • cinnamon dusting

Instructions
 

  • Combine milk, pumpkin puree, yogurt, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt in a jar and stir until smooth.
  • Add oats and chia seeds and mix well.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the mixture and thin with a splash of milk if needed.
  • Spoon the oats into a glass jar, top with pecans, granola, and a dusting of cinnamon for a bakery-style finish.
