Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Place the pecan halves in a single layer on a baking sheet and toast for 5-6 minutes, shaking halfway. Remove and cool.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange pretzels on the pan, top each with a caramel, and bake for 4-5 minutes until softened.
Press a pecan half onto each caramel. Cool completely.
Melt the chocolate. Spoon dollops onto the baking mat, then place each pretzel-caramel-pecan stack onto the chocolate.
Cool completely before serving. Optionally refrigerate to speed up setting.
Variation: Drizzle melted chocolate over the tops for full coverage.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
