Philly Cheesesteak Wrap Bites

These bites were a hit at game night, disappearing quickly. They are a shareable snack perfect for gatherings.

Equipment

  • Large Tortillas
  • Freezer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 300 g cooked steak strips
  • Sautéed onions & peppers
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Lay one tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the surface.
  • Add the steak strips, sautéed vegetables, and cheese slices onto the tortilla.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  • Place the log in the freezer for 10 minutes to make slicing easier.
  • Remove from the freezer and cut the log into small, bite-sized pieces.
