Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz Pasta Your preferred shape
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber Diced
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese Crumbled

Dressing Ingredients

  • To taste Olive oil
  • To taste Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain the pasta well.
  • Rinse the cooked pasta under cold water until it is completely cool. Drain any excess water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped tomatoes, diced cucumber, and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Dress the salad with olive oil and lemon juice to your preference. Mix gently to coat all ingredients.
  • Cover the salad and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Transfer the chilled salad to a portable container. Garnish with fresh herbs before you serve it outdoors.

Notes

This salad holds up well for several hours when kept cool, making it good for picnics.
