Parmesan Garlic Potato Puffs

The aroma of garlic and parmesan while these baked made the kitchen feel instantly warm and welcoming. These puffs are great for appetizer lovers and fans of bold, savory flavors.

  • Mini muffin pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • To taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix all ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
  • Scoop the mixture into a greased mini muffin pan.
  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the puffs are golden brown.
  • Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.

Notes

You can use leftover mashed potatoes for this recipe. These puffs are best served warm right after baking.
