Oven Pancake Breakfast (Hands-Off Recipe)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 240 ml milk
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 30 g melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 190°C.
  • Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
  • Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the pancake is golden brown and set in the center.
  • Slice the pancake and serve it with your choice of toppings.
