Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Topping

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • Unroll the cinnamon rolls and press them into the bottom of the dish to form an even layer.
  • In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll layer.
  • Drizzle the heavy cream and brown sugar over the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing into bars. Serve warm for the ultimate gooey experience.

Notes

For extra indulgence, drizzle with the included cinnamon roll icing or a homemade glaze. Best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated for a few seconds in the microwave. Try adding chopped pecans or a sprinkle of nutmeg for added flavor.
