Ooey Gooey BBQ Chicken & Cheese Wraps

Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For Assembly

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Transfer the wraps to a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the wraps are heated through.
  • Slice the wraps in half and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush the wraps with BBQ sauce before baking. Serve with a side of ranch or extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
