One-Bowl Taco Dinner

This recipe simplifies weeknight cooking by keeping everything in one bowl. It provides a hearty, family-friendly meal with minimal cleanup.

Ingredients
  

  • 450 g ground turkey or beef
  • 30 g taco seasoning
  • 400 g cooked rice

Toppings

  • 150 g shredded lettuce
  • 120 g shredded cheddar
  • 100 g salsa

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground meat in a skillet until browned.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning and 60 ml water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Place the cooked rice in your serving bowls.
  • Add the seasoned meat on top of the rice.
  • Finish the bowls with lettuce, cheese, and salsa.
  • Serve the meal warm.

Notes
